Nat Habit has raised Rs 142 crore in an all-primary Series C funding round led by Trident Growth Partners. Existing investors Mirabilis Investment Trust, Bertelsmann India Investments, and Sharrp Ventures participated, alongside new investors Hero Family Office and Physis Capital. Nat Habit’s annual revenue in FY26 was Rs 330 crore and for FY27 target will be 60-70% revenue growth. Co-founder Swagatika Das has reported to PTI that the company is planning to increase product capacity over the next two years to five million units from one million units. The expansion could involve two manufacturing facilities in different parts of the country and one new manufacturing facility in central India.

Although the expansion’s success is dependent on operational execution, consumer adoption, and how the company will sustain growth.
